Terms and Conditions

Breakfast club runs from 7.30 – 8.45am and after school sessions run from 3.15-6.00pm.
Each breakfast club session is £7 per child after school club is charged at £16 per child.
We offer discounted sibling rates of £13 (breakfast club) and £30 (after school club) for two children, per session
Your child may join, or be collected from, the club at any point within the session period but the full session price will be charged.
Payments to be made by:-

If your child will not be attending a booked session, please ensure we are notified by text with 24 hours' notice, in order to avoid being charged.
Should you wish your child to attend at short notice, then text us by 3pm on the day and we will add them to the register for that day, but please ensure that you let the school know too, they will get a message to your child.
All children must be collected by 6pm. Please ensure children are collected promptly and that we are notified if arrangements for collection are to change, e.g. if your child is being collected by someone other than a parent or guardian or designated/regular carer. If you arrive late to collect your child, a fee of £15 for every 15 minutes will be charged.
In case of illness or emergency, the person nominated on the application form will be contacted and therefore must be someone who can collect your child at short notice.
